What happens during the visit
A proper safety check is more than a glance at the boiler. We inspect visible gas pipework, assess the condition of gas appliances and test appliance safety devices to make sure they are operating as they should. If there are warning signs that point to a gas leak or another safety concern, we'll explain what we've found in plain language. Once the inspection is complete, we provide your CP12 certificate for your records. This gives you a straightforward way to show the annual check has been carried out.
